Anthony Courcy serves KFC Restaurants in Clay, New York, as restaurant general manager and training coach. In his leadership role, he has achieved several milestones, including reducing labor and food costs and boosting sales significantly for his store, which hosts both KFC and Taco Bell brands. Before accepting his current position, Anthony Courcy gained practical management experience while overseeing the Koinonia Organic Juice Bar and Cafe in Fayetteville, New York. His responsibilities included hiring and training staff as well as designing the menu.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Courcy enrolled at Paul Smith's College in Saranac Lake, New York. While an undergraduate, he studied hotel and restaurant management.

When not working, Anthony Courcy pursues powerlifting, a sport he participated in competitively for more than 20 years. Though he has retired from competition, he enjoys coaching up-and-coming powerlifters in the New York area. Beyond powerlifting, he spends quality time with his daughter. Together, the two go to movies, bowl, and catch up over dinner.
